Step-by-Step Instructions:

  5. Dilute the paint to a watery consistency, and dip both ends of the cotton buds in the paint.

  7. Use scissors to cut the cotton buds in half (parental assistance needed).
  8. A hand carefully pushes colorful cotton buds into the holes of the painted Christmas tree, adding a festive touch. It's all looking rather jolly, wouldn't you say?
  9. Insert the cotton buds one by one into the holes in the cardboard, and start decorating your Christmas tree!
