- Age: 6-8
- Time: 30 minutes
- Messiness level: A little messy
Materials Needed:
- Markers
- Scissors
- Construction Paper
- Double-Sided Tape
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Stick double-sided tape at the top of a white paper, and fold the paper along the edge of the tape.
- Fold the remaining part of the paper in half, excluding the taped area. Peel off the tape backing and stick it down along the fold onto the folded paper.
- Fold the glued paper in half again, then open it to form a shape similar to a cube.
- Use scissors to cut along the four fold lines, making cuts about the same length as the edges of the square.
- After cutting, fold the paper backwards as shown in the image below.
- Use markers to draw eyes on one face, and draw hands and feet on the other three pieces of paper.
- Draw the deer’s horns, ears and nose on another piece of paper, cut them out and stick them on the deer’s head.
- Use the same method to create your favorite Christmas image!
