Our Explore range of boxes are designed for children aged 9-12 to independently explore different STEAM topics through hands-on creation and experimentation. Our Explore boxes include high quality materials and creative projects to guide children on interactive journey to STEAM exploration while nurturing creativity, logical deduction skills and creative confidence.

Our Explore boxes are centred around a different STEAM topic every month. All boxes include valuable content for children to learn and experiment through interactive discovery. In our Explore range, we focus on complex engineering and scientific experiments. Through impressive and engaging projects, children discover the engineering or scientific fundamentals behind all our boxes. Examples of topics covered include: Trebuchet, Laser Light Show, Pinhole Camera, Repeating Crossbow etc.

Tinkerer believes in “learning through play”, we believe that it is very important to keep children engaged and interested throughout their journey to learn. We encourage children to explore different topics in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics by developing a range of boxes that guide them through these topics in an engaging manner. Using hands-on assembly and experimentation, games and quizzes that encourage logical problem solving. Each box is developed with the physical abilities and age appropriate curriculum topics in mind, together with displayable results to enhance children’s sense of achievement and improve their confidence and wiliness for further exploration.
